HOW DO I LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT?
On our website, click on the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Enter in your user name and password.
I've forgotten my password, what do I do?
Click on FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?
Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to re-activate your account
ARE THERE LOCK-IN CONTRACTS
What do we look like a gym? No way! If you've chosen to pay by the month, you can cancel at anytime prior to your payment being processed on the 28th of each month. The prepaid subscriptions are paid upfront and can't be cancelled or refunded because you are getting a free gift and a discount of the normal price.
HOW DO I PAUSE, SKIP OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Log in to your account by clicking on the person icon in the top right-hand corner of our website.
Enter your details
If you want to pause or skip a month
Click on MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS under your user name
Click on DELIVERY SCHEDULE
You can pause or skip months that you might be away, or if you're not burning through them as quickly as we are sending them.
If you want to cancel
Click on MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS under your user name
Click on SUBSCRIPTIONS
Click CANCEL
If you've cancelled and want to re-activate your subscription
Click on MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS under your user name
Click on SUBSCRIPTIONS
Click RE-ACTIVATE
HOW DO I CHANGE MY BILLING INFORMATION?
Log in to your account by clicking on the person icon in the top right-hand corner of our website.
Enter your details
Click on MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS under your user name
Click on BILLING INFORMATION
You can update your details and add your new card information by clicking UPDATE CARD
HOW DO I CHANGE MY POSTAL INFORMATION?
Log in to your account by clicking on the person icon in the top right-hand corner of our website.
Enter your details
Click on MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS under your user name
Click on BILLING INFORMATION
You can update your details and by clicking EDIT
HOW DO I CHECK WHAT I'VE PAID FOR?
Log in to your account by clicking on the person icon in the top right-hand corner of our website.
Enter your details
Click on MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS under your user name
Click on PURCHASE HISTORY
You can take a look at the past purchases and order numbers. If there's an issue with a missing package, please reach out and let us know. We're not happy unless you are. CONTACT US
WHEN AM I CHARGED?
The first time you make a purchase you are charged on the spot. Your Club Candle box arrives the following month. The following month's with our recurring subscription, your credit card is charged on the 28th of each month and your box ships just a few days later on the 1st of the month.
DO I PAY SHIPPING?
We have stopped building the freight into the box price to show you what you're really paying for. …We charge a flat $10 shipping rate and our boxes are 18cm / 15cm / 18cm and weigh at least 2kg. We also ensure your package is insured so it arrives at your door in the same condition it leaves ours - or we’ll replace it free of charge.
